Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to me. Every piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves my studio. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review the information below.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  1. Unworn and unused
  2. In their original condition
  3. Returned with original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.


Made-to-Order Pieces

Each made-to-order piece is handcrafted specifically for you and created to your requested size or specifications.

Because these pieces are made especially for each customer, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will be happy to help.


Custom Orders

Custom and personalised jewellery, including bespoke designs and engraved pieces, cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or does not match the agreed design.

Throughout the design process, details will be discussed and approved before production begins.


Ring Sizing

Please ensure you select the correct ring size before placing your order.

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for incorrect sizes chosen at checkout. If resizing is possible, I may be able to offer a resizing service for an additional fee.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

A replacement, repair, or full refund will be offered where appropriate.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country.

If an international parcel is refused and returned due to unpaid customs charges, a refund will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Original shipping costs and any customs-related charges incurred will not be refunded.
